Start a Team
As a Team Leader, you will get your friends, family, church, school, coworkers, and community members together to make a difference in the lives of children. You can learn everything you need to know about starting a team and hosting a Global Free Them 5K event. The Global Free Them 5K is a great opportunity to get moving and unite your friends, family, and community to make a difference. It’s as easy as hosting a birthday party!

Step 1: Customize Your Team Page
Sign up to start your team. Once you’ve registered, sign in to your account and click on “Team Page” on the bar at the top. Here you can update your team goal, photo, and story to encourage others to join!
Step 2: Invite & Excite Participants
Recruit participants for your Team. As your Team grows it will increases its impact through fundraising. Remember, every $25 donated protects one child from trafficking.
Step 3: Have Fun on Event Day
On event day, bring your community together to walk or run to protect children from trafficking.
